All of SQUIDS Out of School Care staff members hold a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certificate and are SSSC registered to ensure each persons suitability to work with children.

SQUIDS Out of School Care operates on an Equal Opportunities Policy. Staff are recruited by the Services Manager. All staff will have attained, or be in the process of attaining, a Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ). There is a requirement to keep these qualifications up to date in accordance with their SSSC registration.
